Product description

The head gasket is installed at the point where the engine head connects to the block. This place must be carefully sealed, because it plays a special role in the proper operation of the drive unit.

A properly selected gasket prevents gas leaks from the combustion chamber and prevents the coolant and oil from mixing. A damaged gasket leads to leakage of the lubricant, which results in rapid wear and seizure of the pistons, as well as other elements involved in the energy production process, which in turn leads to the devastation of the engine. The compression pressure is also reduced, which means that the tractor's power is significantly reduced.

Dimensions:

  • Length: 270mm,
  • Width: 178mm,
  • Bore diameter: 87.40 mm.

  • Mitsubishi KE95

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User

Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
