Product description

Glow plug heating module for tractors, machines and devices with Mitsubishi K3A, K3B, K3C, K3D and other engines.

The module , relay or controller is an electronic device that decides, among other things, on the duration of the glow plug heating in the tractor, the operation of the indicators, wipers and others. The relay monitors and manages the operation of the glow plugs, using temperature data from the sensor placed in the engine. A properly functioning glow plug heating module is necessary for the correct start of the engine, especially at low temperatures. The controller with a built-in microcontroller, using information from the sensors, determines the parameters that determine the correct heating of the glow plugs and others, i.e. determines the time and intensity of the current that flows to the glow plugs and thus raises their temperature, heats them to the required value needed to start the engine. The sensors are also responsible for the operation of the wipers, indicators and many other tractor components and are most often started by moving the key in the ignition.

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User

Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
