Alternator is a device that converts mechanical energy into direct and alternating current, thanks to which it supplies the tractor's electrical system, including the battery. The alternator produces electricity only when the engine is running and is driven by the cinema belt. The first signs of damage to the alternator are the non-extinguishing, flashing or non-lighting control lamp, the so-called battery charging lamp, while the tractor engine plugs are heating up. On the other hand, if the lamp lights up while the tractor is working, it may mean that the voltage supplied by the alternator to the battery is incorrect.
