xFarm – A simple and modern tool for managing a farm

xFarm is an innovative application designed for farmers and farm managers. It facilitates planning, organization and monitoring of work, collecting all key information in one place – accessible via phone or computer. With xFarm you can save time, better use resources and increase the efficiency of your farm.

After purchasing the xFarm package, you receive 16 basic functions for free. They are designed to simplify bureaucracy and increase control over your company. They keep records of the farm, support decision-making, and provide information about crops thanks to sensors.

What's in the basic package?

• Crops: This is a quick management of fields. You can have an overview of all your crops, you can also easily see which fields have been planted, which ones have not yet.
• Maps: crops and sensors at your fingertips. Fields will be saved so you can easily save crop records, export statistics, speed up business management.
• Land records: the ability to view land records maps and save details. These are land register maps, you can manage the records and details of each field.
• Management: Plan and record work. Manage your plans efficiently, they will be registered so that you can easily fill in production records, export and manage your company.
• Notes: Take notes and photos to document everything. With the xFarm app, you can save your notes, add photos, and share information with the people you choose.
• Satellites: vegetation indices of your fields. See the latest satellite maps of each of your fields. The images are updated every 5 days, based on the NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index), allowing you to quickly spot anomalies and variability in crop growth.
• Warehouses: Take inventory of your supplies even in the field. You have inventory data and warehouse stock levels at your fingertips. At the end of the season, you can check the statistics to see when and how resources were used.
• Silo: Track the capacity of your silos and tanks. You can log all loading and unloading to always have control over how much product is left in your tanks and silos.
• Logistics: Track harvest and transportation. Keep records of all shipments to calculate production status, harvest quality and get statistics on deliveries
• Products: Find technical resources and complete the registry. Find and add products necessary for crop protection to the registry. Check their status on an ongoing basis and remember the safety data sheets before using them.
• Access: Share data with your colleagues. You can assign them tasks and supervise their execution.
• Digital documents: Digitize to save time and space. Store all documents related to production, transportation or any other activity in digital form and at no cost.
• Document export: create documents, edit and export company reports.
• Machines: Manage your fleet of machines. Log all maintenance and breakdowns to track when they were done and how much they cost. You can synchronize your machines with field operations to check their progress. Digitize machine manuals to use them even while working in the field.
• Sensors: View data collected by sensors. They give you access to all environmental parameters. Watch over irrigation, protection of your crops. The application will help you choose the best time to harvest your crops.
• Support: Contact our team directly, get support and advice. It is available to both owners of active packages and users with the free application.

What will you find in the "Minimum Package"?

• Operations Management - The operations management module allows you to plan your activities by checking whether machines, products and necessary personnel are available.
• Agroweather – a module that allows you to check accurate and reliable weather forecasts, including information specific to agriculture. It includes such add-ons as:

1. Accurate local forecasts based on local data.
2. Graphics and charts that include forecast data so you can see the weather trend instantly.
3. Spraying – tips on the best time to spray to avoid disruptions caused by weather changes.
4. Sowing – optimizing crop growth while obtaining the largest possible number of plants.

• Satellite monitoring PRO – allows access to satellite images of your fields, they collect data that will help observe crop variability. It allows you to control which fields or areas are developing better and which require action. The satellite allows you to monitor images with different parameters, to check, for example, what is the reason for the poor condition of plants, taking into account the small increase.
• Application maps - thanks to this function, you can use satellite images to create fertilization and sowing maps in a simple and fast way. Loading these maps into the on-board computer in devices (with variable sowing rate) will allow for more effective distribution of funds, saving time and increasing yields

Additionally, the package includes: xSense MINI weather station and a 3-year AMA (telematics) subscription.
