Product description

Washer with dimensions 12.30 x 7 x 0.16 mm for three-point linkage hydraulic control valves, between the spring and the plug of VST tractors of the MT180 and MT224 series and others.

Washers are a fundamental element found in all bolted connections. Their main function is to separate the nut from the connected element and prevent spontaneous loosening. Washers are divided into three groups:

  • ordinary (protective, increasing the pressure surface of the screw),
  • securing against unscrewing (spring-loaded),
  • leveling, spacers (for leveling when the elements being joined are not perfectly smooth.

It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
