Spacer with an inner diameter of 66 mm , outer diameter of 80 mm and thickness of 0.30 mm for LS Tractors PLUS, XR, R, MT1, MT3 series and others.

A spacer is a very thin washer and is found in all engine parts, gearboxes and front and rear axles. The main task of a spacer is to minimize the clearance between elements and to level the surfaces that are adjacent to each other, seemingly perfectly smooth. We divide washers into three groups:

  • regular (protective increasing the pressure surface of the screw),
  • securing against unscrewing (spring),
  • spacer, leveling, copper (for leveling when the connected elements are not perfectly smooth),
  • special sealing.

It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
