Product description

Rubber seal for the engine speed control rod (hand throttle) with an internal diameter of 2 3 / 30 mm and a height of 72 mm for Iseki tractors of the Iseki TM3160, Iseki TM3185, Iseki TM3200, Iseki TG6370, Iseki TG6507 series and others.

A rubber cover , commonly known as a "powder cap ," is most often a rubber cone (or tube), tapered on one or both ends with a groove for easier installation, such as a tourniquet. This type of cover is used not only for gear shifts and rod ends, but is also used internally within machine systems, sealing components such as axle shafts or various shafts that are not subjected to high rotational speeds during operation. The main purpose of the "powder cap" is to protect the mechanical assembly from contaminants and prevent the washout of lubricant , which is present in many moving parts of the tractor.

Dimensions :

  • height: 72 mm,
  • inner diameter: 23 / 30 mm,
  • part numbers: 1544-215-016-00.

Tractor models :

Damaged mechanical seals (abrasions, breaks caused by rubber deterioration) must be replaced with new ones as soon as possible to avoid contamination of the internal parts of the system, which may result in damage or seizure of the mechanical unit.

Questions & Answers

Why is regular filter replacement (oil, air, fuel) crucial for a mini tractor?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
Regular filter replacement is the easiest way to extend the life of an engine from brands like Kubota or Yanmar. The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to properly select and sharpen mower blades for a Japanese tractor?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
When selecting mower blades, consider the mower deck model and the blade length and center bore diameter. Maintaining blade balance is crucial when sharpening – an unbalanced blade causes vibrations that damage the hub bearings. Remember that sharp blades mean healthier grass, a cleaner cut, and less strain on the engine of your Iseki or Mitsubishi tractor.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

User
Ekspert Traktor.com.pl – Doradca techniczny • 17.02.2026
It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
