An orchard mower is most often designed, as the name suggests, for orchards, places where, instead of eliminating weeds with chemical methods, we prioritize ecology and sustainable plant cultivation. It's no coincidence that it's recommended for mowing grass in orchards and vineyards, between rows of trees, as well as in meadows. An orchard mower is also a shredder —it's suitable for both maintaining and cutting grass, but also functions as a shredder. Small branches, harvest residue, and straw, when shredded, become an ideal organic fertilizer.
This model's working width is 180 cm, and the best mowing results are achieved at a speed of 6 km/h, and 4 km/h for mulching. The machine is mounted on a Cat II rear three-point linkage (3-point linkage) and powered by a power take-off (PTO). The tractor power requirement for this machine is 45 kW (60 HP).
