Transport hitches with an adapter plate are an important element of every tractor's equipment, they are mainly used to connect machines that have little pressure on the drawbar. They can be divided into automatic and manual, and may additionally differ in the type of throat. Scharmüller is the only manufacturer in the world that has introduced an expanded throat with spacer plates, which allows the connection of even machines with an unusual type of hitch.
Manually operated transport hooks that resemble a fork with a pin that locks the hitch in the target position with a pin. To prevent it from falling out while driving, the hitch is secured with a pin pushed through the hole. During installation, carefully guide the drawbar eye to the hitch.
