The headliner is an interior trim element of the tractor cab, mounted directly under the roof. Designed for Ls Tractor XR, R, MT3, and other series tractors.
Basic functions of the tractor headliner :
- thermal insulation - protection of the cabin against excessive heating on hot days and against cooling in winter
- acoustic insulation - reduces noise generated by tractor components and machine operation, which improves work comfort
- aesthetics and protection of the cabin - masks the roof sheet metal, electrical cables and other installation elements, e.g. radio, air conditioning, lighting.

The oil filter removes metallic contaminants generated during operation, the air filter protects the cylinders from field dust, and the fuel filter prevents water and dirt from damaging the precision injection system. We recommend replacing filters every 50-100 operating hours or at least once per season to ensure optimal engine performance.

How to identify the correct V-belt size and how to care for it?

It's best to read the markings on the side of the old V-belt. If they are illegible, measure the belt width and its outer length (La). On Shibaura and Hinomoto tractors, it's important to regularly check the belt tension – too loose a belt will cause slippage and faster wear, while too tight a belt can cause alternator or water pump bearing failure.
