M12 counter washer with an internal diameter of 12.20 mm, external diameter of 21.50 mm and a thickness of 3.00 mm for LS Tractor series tractors of the series LS XJ25, LS MT1.25, LS MT3.35, LS MT3.40, LS MT3.50, LS MT3.60 down:

  • engine frame,
  • three-point linkage bracket,
  • ROPS safety bar,
  • front wheels.

The washer is a basic element that occurs in all bolted connections, and their main task is to separate the nut from the connected element. Another function is to prevent the self-loosening of bolts in threaded connections. In addition, copper washers can act as a seal and are used due to the plasticity of the metal, high anti-corrosive properties. The washers are divided into three groups:

  • normal (protective ones increasing the pressure surface of the bolt),
  • securing against unscrewing (spring),
  • leveling, distance, copper sealing (to compensate when the joined elements are not perfectly smooth).
  • special sealing.
