Thermostat płynu chłodzącego to jeden najważniejszych podzespołów układu chłodzenia i jest odpowiedzialny za kontrole i reguluje temperaturę środka chłodniczego. Thermostat to urządzenie, które działa pod wpływem podwyższonej temperatury, a jego poprawne działanie umożliwia utrzymanie właściwej temperatury potrzebnej do najbardziej efektywnej pracy silnika. W momencie, kiedy temperatura płynu chłodzącego wzrośnie do określonego poziomu, termostat pod wpływem ciepła "otwiera się", przepuszczając płyn chłodzący do drugiego obiegu (chłodnica), co pozwala efektywnie chłodzić płyn, a dalej idąc silnik.

Mniej groźna sytuacja to kiedy termostat ulegnie awarii w pozycji otwartej ponieważ woda krążąca w dużym obiegu wpływa na nie dogrzanie silnika i jest to awaria mniej groźna dla silnika, ale w dłużej perspektywie wpływa również niekorzystnie i jest szkodliwa dla silnika.

Der regelmäßige Filterwechsel ist die einfachste Möglichkeit, die Lebensdauer eines Motors von Marken wie Anlasser oder Yanmar zu verlängern. Der Ölfilter entfernt metallische Verunreinigungen, die während des Betriebs entstehen, der Luftfilter schützt die Zylinder vor Staub und der Kraftstofffilter verhindert, dass Wasser und Schmutz das Präzisionseinspritzsystem beschädigen. Wir empfehlen, die Filter alle 50–100 Betriebsstunden oder mindestens einmal pro Saison zu wechseln, um eine optimale Motorleistung zu gewährleisten.

Wie findet man die richtige Keilriemengröße und wie pflegt man ihn?

Am besten liest man die Markierungen an der Seite des alten Keilriemens. Sind diese nicht lesbar, misst man die Riemenbreite und seine Außenlänge (La). Bei Traktoren von Shibaura und Hinomoto ist es wichtig, die Riemenspannung regelmäßig zu überprüfen. Ein zu lockerer Riemen führt zu Schlupf und schnellerem Verschleiß, während ein zu straffer Riemen zu Schäden an Lichtmaschine oder Wasserpumpenlager führen kann.
