The spreader is driven by the tractor's PTO shaft. Fertilizer and loose material are dosed using a rotating disc. The fertilizer is then pushed out through the two openings at the bottom of the hopper. The amount of spread fertilizer is regulated by means of two levers, which are connected by two shutters covering the filling openings.
