Standard size + 0.25 mm connecting rod bearings (so-called first ground shells 010 ), 19 mm wide , 1.50 mm thick and the outer diameter after folding about 46 mm, for Japanese Kubota tractors and mini tractors of the L and M series with an engine Kubota D1100, D1101, D1102, D1301, D1302, D1402 and V1502, V1512, V1702, V1902 and others .

Bowls rod elements, whose main task is to reduce friction at the junction of the connecting rod to the crankshaft. The cups are two separate, semicircular elements that form a circle when put on. The bushings (though not all types) also have a small groove or notch through which the lubricant is dispensed. The most common reasons for the rapid wear of the connecting rod shells are:

• use of oil with incorrect viscosity parameters,
• improper mounting of the bushings,
• failure to comply with oil change intervals,
• low engine oil level,
• overload of the engine that has not reached the correct temperature,

The first signs of wear on the connecting rod shells are an unnatural, steady clatter from the engine. Worn bushings must be replaced with new ones as soon as possible, too late replacement of a defective element may cause serious damage to the shaft, connecting rod or engine.
