The radiator water pump is one of the most important elements of the engine cooling system, and this cooling method is commonly called water cooling . The engine block and engine head are elements that heat up to very high temperatures during operation, and we want to cool them with coolant during operation. Special water channels are drilled in the engine and head to circulate water, which is then pumped back into the engine's water channels. Coolant circulation is possible thanks to the water pump , which is usually placed between the radiator and the engine and is driven by a V-belt from the alternator.
